How do I create a new account/Sign UP?

Simply ‘Sign In/Sign Up’, located at the home page. If You are a new Customer Click on Sign Up’. Fill in your details and click ‘Submit’. Registration should now be complete and you will receive a confirmation email shortly, if you are a regular customer you can click on sign In, by filling your Email Id and Password.

I don’t remember my password. What do I do?

You can enter your mail address and click on the ‘forgot password’ link and we will mail you a system generated password on your registered mail address. However, you should set a new password once you sign in with the system generated password.

How do I place an order on Sujwel?

Ordering on SUJWEL is easy and safe. Once you have found the product that you would like to purchase, click on "ADD TO CART" button to place your product in Shopping Cart. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order. While placing the Order If customer does not understand the process then customer can call and ask our customer support executive.

Do you Ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. We only ship to the countries that are listed when user sign up for an account. We will not ship to country that is different from the billing address provided by the user.

What is the return policy on international orders?

Currently, we do not accept any returns or exchanges of our products in case of international orders, except for those cases where a defective product has been delivered. You shall return the defective product unused and in the same condition that you had received, You are required to report the defect within 5 days of receipt of the product either by calling us on +91 9967206276 or writing to us on sujwelwholesale@gmail.com For international orders.

Do you take COD orders?

No, we don’t take C.O.D (Cash On Delivery) orders.

How can I Check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by the email notifications that are sent to you. Also, you can log into your account. Go to "My Account" and then go to "View the orders I have made".

My order has been shipped but I cannot track it. How can I find out where it is?
Our shipping companies e.g. www.zepo.in provide tracking number. If there is a problem with the tracking number please email us and we will be sure to see if we provided you with the correct tracking number. If the tracking number we provided is correct, please mail the shipping company if you are not able to track your shipment.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 2 days before Shipping and there will be no charge, after 2 days Once your order has been processed, you will be charge cancellation fee around 10% from the paid amount.

When can I expect to recieve my order?

Usually the order will be sent out within 4-7 working days after Order confirmation via Zepo Depending on the Locations in India.

I get lower price if I place a large order?

Yes, we have an option for Bulk enquiry you can send enquiry from your side and can get best price for wholesale jewellery.

What is Franchise Enquiry in website?

Brand Sujwel is selling their franchise too, so if you are looking for franchise in artificial jewelry you can contact us from there.

What is Bulk Enquiry in website?

If any client is looking for bulk order, then the customer can contact us after clicking on bulk enquiry order.
